15x15 explained
It's simple – we're challenging members of the public to choose a fundraising activity that is 15 related and raise £150 for the RCN Foundation.
- Set your challenge: pick a personal or group challenge that involves the number 15. You can choose something physical. For example, a 15-mile run or 15 hours without your phone. Get creative with something that works for you!
- Get sponsored: ask friends, family, or colleagues to sponsor you as you complete your challenge.
- Donate and fundraise: set up your own fundraising page on JustGiving or donate directly to the RCN Foundation.
Ideas to get started
- Physical challenges: 15-mile run, 15 hours of board games, or 15 minutes of skipping each hour for 15 hours
- Wellbeing ideas: 15 hours without your phone, 15 random acts of kindness, or 15 handwritten notes
- Other fun activities: 15-hour movie marathon, 15 sports indoor Olympics, or even 15 outfits in one weekend!
Whether it's big or small, your contribution makes a huge impact to nursing and midwifery staff that seek our support.
