The nursing and midwifery community needs your support now more than ever. 100% of your donation will be used to support all nurses, midwives, and healthcare support workers struggling financially at this critical time.

As a non-profit organisation, your generosity will help us to support nurses in need like like Lily and make a lasting difference. Donate what you can, today.

What your donation can do

Your kind donation of £10 will help a nurse or midwife struggling financially during the current cost of living crisis.

Your kind donation of £25 will help a nurse with a long-term illness attend hospital appointments and feed their family while they are unable to work.

Your kind donation of £50 will help a care home assistant with a job-induced back injury afford an orthopaedic mattress and continue to support their patients.

Your kind donation of £100 will enable a nurse to attend a training course and gain new skills that will help patients and families come to terms with difficult health news.

Your kind donation of £500 will help with a nurse fleeing domestic abuse afford the deposits and electrical items needed to begin a new life with their family.

Your kind donation of £1,000 will allow us to provide education grants to create the next generation of nurses providing specialist support for patients with acute needs.

Our Impact

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, in 2022, we were able to support hundreds of nursing and midwifery staff - and their patients - through a difficult year.

Daxa's story

Daxa had a nasty fall and broke her leg in two places. She was taken to Leicester Infirmary where nurses took care of her for two weeks. It took a while for Daxa to get back to full health, and she felt she couldn’t have done it without the kindness and care that the nurses gave her.

To say thank you to nurses everywhere, Daxa chose to donate money to the RCN Foundation charity - thank you Daxa! Support a cause like Daxa and show appreciation for the care you've received. Why not donate today?
