AviateHer is a badge company founded by Aerospace engineer Krystina Pearson-Rampeearee, born from her love of collecting pins. Throughout her career, Krystina has been told many times that ‘she doesn’t look like an engineer’ so she decided to create a badge to clear up any confusion!

Following the success of previous badges, Krystina has created a badge exclusively for nurses, available in 5 different colours.

Each badge is priced at £6.99 and £1.50 of each sale will be donated to the RCN Foundation, supporting our work, and ensuring we reach more of the nursing and midwifery communities across the UK that are facing hardship.
